MDM Engineer

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE UEM environments.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Experience managing device lifecycle processes: enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and inventory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, compliance policies, and identity integration.
• Experience supporting BYOD, corporate-owned, and shared-device environments with emphasis on security and user experience.
• Practical knowledge of application packaging, deployment, and mobile application lifecycle management.
• Experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Request, and Change Management, preferably using ServiceNow.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE environments for secure endpoint management.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls including Conditional Access and compliance policies.
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications including packaging, distribution, updates, and store management.
• Support integrations with platform services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager (ABM), VPP, certificates, and Workspace ONE components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device management, application deployment, compliance, access, and mobility incidents.
• Execute service requests and changes following operational procedures, security standards, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver support services according to agreed service levels.
