Banking Process Specialist with German

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1+ year in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process transactions
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry knowledge and technology

Nice to have:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP, or significant relevant work experience

• Execute and oversee business process transactions, focusing on quality and efficiency
• Analyze data and contribute to process improvements
• Assist in reporting and maintaining process documentation
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement
• Ensure compliance with quality and procedural standards
• Contribute insights for improving process performance
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support decision-making

Job location is hybrid only from Wroclaw.
