UAT Tester / Business Tester (K/M)

Neontri is a company of over 120 people specializing in two areas: developing new systems or adding functionalities primarily in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in recruiting specialists via bodyleasing.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business testing within the financial sector.
• Experience with investment products, specifically investment funds (TFI) and structured deposits.
• Experience independently conducting UAT tests and End-to-End tests.
• Knowledge of investment processes and regulations such as MiFID II and AML.
• Experience testing financial calculations and data verification.
• Good knowledge of SQL and MS Excel.
• Experience in data migration and testing system integrations.
• Ability to independently plan tests, report risks, and communicate effectively between Business and IT.

• Design and execute test scenarios based on real business processes including End-to-End testing.
• Verify financial calculations, data accuracy, and reports.
• Identify and report errors considering their business impact.
• Collaborate between business and IT teams.
• Support decision-making regarding solution readiness for deployment.
