Commission Data Base Expert

Nationale-Nederlanden Poland is a company involved in processes related to commission, bonus, and other remuneration components calculations for sales networks. The role is within a team responsible for developing and maintaining settlement systems and databases supporting commission processes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (SQL DQL, SQL DML, SQL DDL) and T-SQL (verified by a written test)
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Reporting Services, Power BI)
• Higher education
• Ability to analyze data and create databases, reports, and analyses
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and quick learning ability
• Skills in performing quick analyses and problem solving
