Senior DevOps Engineer

We're a 35-person DevOps team called "DevOps house" working with clients from startups to companies like World, AirHelp, TACEO, and SmartRecruiters. We build infrastructure solutions as a team without bodyleasing, focusing on working infrastructure with security, availability, and cost in mind.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Solid practical experience with AWS.
• Experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Ability to build CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Scripting and automation skills preferably in Golang or Python.
• Polish language proficiency at C1 and English at minimum B2.

Nice to have:

• Production experience with PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with cloud security (DevSecOps).
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Packer.

• Manage cloud infrastructure with security, availability, and cost optimization.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with integrated security.
• Collaborate directly with clients and the DevOps team.
• Maintain containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Develop scripting and automation using Golang and Python.
