Wymagania
- At least 7 years of experience as an Embedded Software Engineer or similar role
- Considerable knowledge of C/C++ and experience in Structured and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
- Experience with embedded hardware platforms such as ARM Cortex-M or similar
- Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or related field
- Ability to work independently with awareness of business needs
- Proactive, open, and reliable team player
- Good spoken and written English
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
- Applications using RTOS, DSP, Bluetooth Low Energy, MCU security, Memory management
- Understanding of hardware components, electrical schematics, and laboratory equipment
- Knowledge and experience in Python, Unit Testing, and Continuous Integration
- Development, integration, and configuration of Linux-based platforms (Yocto, buildroot)
- Proven delivery of successful products through the entire project lifecycle
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life science, or digital health industries, with knowledge of ISO13485 and IEC62304

- Develop high-quality software for Healthcare Devices according to medical standards
- Make key technology recommendations and decisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with customers and project teams to solve complex technical challenges
- Define, implement, and challenge system and component requirements
- Design and follow the Technical Architecture through all development phases
- Ensure best practices are followed and suggest improvements
