Specjalista ds. bezpieczeństwa IT/OT

WB Electronics S.A. is part of the largest private defense group in Poland, operating in the cybersecurity domain with focus on IT and OT infrastructure protection.

• Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments and network technologies.
• Ability to analyze system logs (syslog, Windows Event Log) and correlate with security incidents.
• Minimum secondary education, preferably in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Security Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of English enabling communication.
• Practical skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, SIEM, XDR, and EDR.

Nice to have:

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Bash, C/C++, Java, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of ISO 27000 family standards, NIS2/uKSC.
• Experience in risk management.

• Developing organizational security solutions including policies, procedures, forms, reports, and KPIs.
• Maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27000, NIS2/uKSC, and NIST.
• Participating actively in internal and external audits and reviewing the Information Security Management System (SZBI).
• Conducting training and raising user security awareness.
• Monitoring events in XDR, EDR, and SIEM systems, updating threat detection mechanisms.
• Participating in security process implementation and incident response.
• Collaborating with IT team to implement security measures.
• Participating in risk assessment and identifying potential business threats.
