QA Engineer

PeopleTrust Sp. z o.o. is the employer offering a position in Warszawa for testing a complex desktop application used by business clients.

Must have:

• Experience as QA / Software Tester
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies and processes
• Practical experience in manual testing
• Ability to create test scenarios and cases
• Experience with regression and functional testing
• Accurate bug reporting skills
• Ability to analyze requirements and documentation
• Analytical problem-solving approach
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to organize work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Experience testing desktop applications
• Familiarity with task and bug management tools
• Experience with version control systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of API and basic API testing
• Experience in integration testing
• Basic knowledge of test automation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Experience testing large, complex business products

• Prepare and execute manual tests
• Analyze business and technical requirements
• Create and update test scenarios and cases
• Plan test coverage for new functionalities
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests
• Identify and document bugs precisely
• Verify fixes and retest reported bugs
• Analyze edge cases
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, Product Owner, and team members
• Participate in requirements analysis and testability assessment
• Maintain product quality throughout the software development process
• Support product preparation for releases
• Report test status, issues, and risks
• Participate in release management processes
• Develop and improve QA processes
