Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with production-ready applications.
- Strong expertise in PHP with deep understanding of software design principles and scalable architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Symfony framework.
- Routine hands-on work with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor on production code.
- Discipline in specification and verification ensuring quality before coding.
- Expertise in reviewing agent-generated code effectively.
- Proficiency with Git and modern collaborative workflows.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration in a distributed global team.
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with MySQL and ORM frameworks like Doctrine.
- Experience making large legacy codebases agent-friendly or working with MCP servers.
Obowiązki
- Design and develop scalable backend services using PHP and Symfony ensuring performance, stability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to take ideas from concept to launch.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and architecture.
- Enhance conventions, hooks, and review automation used by agentic coding tools.
- Own features from concept through implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
