Mobile Engineer (iOS + Android)

• 3+ years of mobile experience with production apps using both Swift and Kotlin.
• Experience with offline storage, data synchronization, and background tasks.
• Ability to independently own and manage both iOS and Android platforms.
• Clear communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with camera, audio, or media-heavy applications.
• Experience developing apps used in field or industrial settings with poor connectivity.
• Experience working against Django/REST backends.

• Own both native apps: Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android, shipping features, keeping them in sync, and managing the release process end to end.
• Make capture bulletproof by managing camera, audio recording, and file handling.
• Build offline-first synchronization with local storage, conflict handling, and background uploads over unstable connections.
• Own quality across both platforms through testing, crash monitoring, and performance management.
• Leverage AI to manage owning two platforms solo efficiently.
