Product Owner

Cosinus operates in the education sector focusing on digital products including e-learning platforms and web applications.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to work in agile teams
• Practical knowledge of product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar
• Analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making based on data
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams including IT, marketing, and didactics
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting product work such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI or similar
• Good organizational skills, communication, and independence

Nice to have:

• Experience in education or e-learning industry
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms such as Moodle, Canvas or similar
• Experience working with UX/UI teams
• Certifications such as PSPO, CSPO or similar

• Creating and developing product vision and roadmap for educational and digital projects
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders including IT, marketing, didactics, suppliers, partners, and management
• Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Defining and monitoring product success metrics (KPI, OKR) and making data-driven decisions
• Monitoring work progress, responding to changes, and resolving blockages in cooperation with the team
• Preparing product reports and documentation ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders
• Actively utilizing AI tools to improve product work and data analysis
