Engineering Leader - buduj platformę edukacyjną

EduGo to online school offering extracurricular classes for over 20,000 children and youth. Since 2021, the company has been innovating the education sector by using creativity and technology to deliver knowledge effectively and accessibly.

• At least 6–7 years in software engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in direct team management as Tech Lead, Engineering Manager or similar.
• Experience managing comprehensive technical architecture (backend and frontend).
• Practical experience in live system replacement and data migration.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and GCP to evaluate infrastructure and manage external vendors.
• Experience in AI-native development and organizing team work around model-based tools.
• Expertise in security-first solutions and GDPR, especially handling sensitive data of minors.

Nice to have:

• Experience with payment systems, online payments, invoicing including KSeF.
• Experience with highly seasonal operating systems, preferably in EdTech industry.

• Lead and develop a 3-person engineering team.
• Make architectural decisions and oversee system quality for both backend and frontend.
• Execute data migration, prepare launch and rollback plans.
• Build and organize team processes around AI-native agent tools including permissions modeling, auditability, and code volume verification.
