Sporveien AS is conducting the M4 project involving the acquisition of 20 new metro trains from CAF. The IT and OT working group manages supplier system compliance with contractual requirements and compatibility with Sporveien's systems. The project requires specialized expertise in IT and OT systems, especially for rolling stock and related processes.

• Experience and clear role understanding in supplier and customer relationships, especially during testing and validation.
• Experience with IT and OT systems on rolling stock, including CCTV, rear-view, passenger information systems, train radios, Ethernet networks, validators, passenger counting systems, media/advertisement distribution, software distribution (OTA), system logs, and monitoring.
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.
• Experience with IT/OT interfaces between rolling stock and landside.
• Strong competence in Amazon Web Services (AWS), MQTT, WIFI, 4G/5G, and RTSP.
• Competence in data management using data lakes and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Ruter ADT and DPI, and knowledge of ITxPT.
• Knowledge of cyber security in railways, frameworks EN IEC 62443 and CLC/TS 50701.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CBTC signaling systems.
• Familiarity with CAF as a rolling stock manufacturer.

• Provide expertise in all IT and OT systems within the working group.
• Understand contract, requirements, design, and testing related to IT and OT systems.
• Assist in change processes and identify contractual or legal issues if needed.
• Support design and testing of interfaces with landside systems and deliveries.
• Support cyber security work ensuring it is reflected in design and operational activities.
• Assist tram operations with follow-up on guarantees concerning IT and OT systems.
