• At least 10 years of proven experience in system design, architecture, and development
• Experience with native mobile development using Flutter/Dart, Android/Java, and iOS/Swift
• Experience in software development and coding in Java
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• Technical mindset with great attention to detail
• High-quality organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Translate product requirements into architectural documents and diagrams
• Maintain and update architectural documents to reflect the current application state
• Make architectural decisions for new features
• Align architectural direction with product strategy
• Perform code reviews and ensure efficient code engineering
• Ensure applications follow software engineering best practices
• Ensure stability and reliability of products
• Create and enforce processes to improve developer efficiency and productivity
• Participate in engineer screening and hiring
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers
