• Knowledge in hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Active Directory (user account management).
• Ability to write precise technical documentation.
• Ability to provide end-user face-to-face and remote support with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge and understanding of PC, network, and technology procurement processes; ability to order parts quickly and economically.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills (speaking and writing).

Nice to have:

• Support experience in the game industry, including troubleshooting graphic software such as Autodesk, Allegorithmic, Adobe.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN, Perforce).
• Experience with the MS O365 cloud platform.
• Experience in remote user support and explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with patch panel commutation and LAN cabling.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or other bug-tracking systems.
• Commercial experience.

• Process complicated requests involving network, hardware, and specific software troubleshooting.
• Order, construct, stage computers and install operating systems and software.
• Handle networking cabling, bundling, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee and maintain servers without direct administration.
• Maintain software, electrical installations, and cooling systems.
