IT Engineer

• Hands-on experience in IT support, hardware setup, and troubleshooting on Windows platforms.
• Familiarity with device and patch management for workstations.
• Experience administering wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of IT security practices applied in daily operations.
• Practical administration experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), user management, groups, licenses, MFA, and conditional access.
• Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments including identity synchronization and integration.
• Experience securing hybrid and internet-facing services with modern authentication and security best practices.
• Experience using ticketing and IT asset inventory systems, ideally Jira Service Management.
• Scripting ability for automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Experience with backup tools and processes.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with game development environments and tools.
• Experience with console devkits and platform holder requirements or willingness to learn.
• Linux administration skills.
• Experience in security and compliance auditing of internal or third-party infrastructure.

• Provide daily technical IT support for developers and staff, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Prepare, configure, maintain, and optimize workstations and hardware for development roles.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, onboarding and offboarding within company systems.
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery procedures, patch management, and conduct basic vulnerability checks.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Setup and operate equipment for company events, including streaming, recording, cameras, microphones, and sound.
• Contribute to development of IT tooling, policies, and technical direction in collaboration with team.
