Ansible Automation Developer

Lumicode Sp. z o.o. is part of Grupa Pentacomp, a producer of IT solutions and provider of professional IT services for large enterprises and the public sector. Pentacomp has been operating for nearly 30 years with many completed projects. The position is based in Warsaw with hybrid work.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in IT infrastructure, automation, or DevOps.
• Strong practical knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Practical experience with AWX and Ansible Tower.
• Experience creating custom Ansible modules using Python.
• Experience automating infrastructure, application deployment, security, or compliance processes.
• Good knowledge of Git and experience integrating Ansible with Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to create scalable solutions for multiple environments and systems.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform.

• Experience with Python.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Automate processes across different environments, systems, and applications.
• Utilize advanced Ansible features like variables, modules, loops, plugins, templates, and dynamic configurations.
• Develop custom Ansible modules in Python tailored to project needs.
• Automate infrastructure tasks, application deployment, environment configuration, security, and compliance.
• Integrate Ansible solutions with CI/CD processes and tools.
