GenAI Solution Analyst (K/M)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, technology consulting, product roles, or similar
• At least 1 year of practical experience with GenAI or large language models (LLM)
• Participation in delivering at least one GenAI solution from concept to production
• Ability to analyze business processes and design AI-based solutions
• Experience in integration analysis, data flows, and cooperation with system owners
• Understanding of architecture and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Ability to independently prepare or co-create MVP, PoC, or prototypes
• Effective communication with business and technical teams
• Ability to assess AI technology limitations and manage stakeholder expectations

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Experience with SAP, Snowflake, or data platforms
• Experience in retail, logistics, e-commerce, or large operational organizations
• Experience designing Human-in-the-Loop solutions

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for Generative AI application
• Conduct discovery and feasibility analysis for GenAI initiatives
• Define agent actions, integration points, conditions, and risks
• Assess data availability, source quality, and system integration possibilities
• Support deployment of solutions to cloud and production environments
• Identify technological, operational, and business risks related to AI use
• Prepare mock-ups or functional prototypes
• Develop ideas into new functionalities operating in a cloud environment
• Collaborate with system owners, business experts, and technical teams
