PowerBI Technical Lead

Ness Solution is involved in the development of a modern Business Intelligence platform and analytical solutions within an international environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power BI Service, and semantic models.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with dbt.
• Experience working with Snowflake or another cloud data platform.
• Practical knowledge of DAX and optimization of data models and reports.
• Good understanding of data modeling and analytical solution design.
• Experience with Git, code review, and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to write scripts in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience supporting teams, conducting reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Designing and developing semantic models and reports in Power BI.
• Designing and developing data models using dbt and Snowflake.
• Implementing business logic in the appropriate data architecture layer.
• Delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions from data layer to reports and dashboards.
• Optimizing data models, SQL queries, and Power BI reports.
• Supporting the team in resolving complex technical problems.
• Conducting code reviews and reviews of data models and BI solutions.
• Mentoring developers and developing standards and best practices within the team.
• Automating development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes for BI solutions.
• Utilizing APIs, scripts, and AI tools to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborating with Data Engineering, BI teams, and business stakeholders in an international environment.
