Product Owner/ Product Manager

• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Practical knowledge of creating and developing digital products.
• Ability to define requirements, create user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with backlog and prioritization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions supporting product decisions.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams of various competencies.
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making skills.
• English language proficiency for working with documentation and international teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Figma, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience with product metrics and A/B experiments.
• Scrum Product Owner certification or similar.

• Creating and implementing the vision and strategy for product development.
• Identifying user needs and translating them into product requirements.
• Preparing, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog.
• Defining goals, scope, and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Collaborating with IT, UX/UI, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Planning and managing product work according to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of priorities.
• Analyzing data on product usage, user behavior, and business outcomes.
• Verifying implementation results and initiating optimization actions.
• Preparing product documentation and communicating decisions to stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors' actions.
• Ensuring product consistency and development aligned with organizational goals.
