Platform Engineering Manager

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in AI/ML, platform, or cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps workflows, and model operationalization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Technical background in Python or similar languages with experience scaling platform services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps tools, distributed AI systems, open-source contributions, Kaggle, or GCP certifications.

• Manage and develop the Neo engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery and technical standards.
• Oversee and coordinate design, build, and evolution of Neo's AI platform components.
• Ensure and improve scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform collaborating with cloud engineering.
• Standardize and promote best practices in MLOps, model deployment, and platform operations.
• Partner closely with product, data, and change teams to align technical work with business priorities and AI use cases.
