TMS Application & Configuration Manager (CarLo)

emagine Polska is hiring for a role focused on the Transport Management System (CarLo) application and configuration management for a logistics and supply chain partner.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Transport Management Systems in application management, support, configuration, or functional ownership.
• Preferred experience with CarLo/Soloplan.
• Expertise managing multi-country business applications balancing standard processes with local requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Proven skills configuring workflows, business rules, planning logic, and master data structures.
• Experience managing change requests and coordinating system enhancements.
• Effective collaboration skills with external vendors, operational users, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with interfaces, master data, reporting, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Advantageous experience with SQL, EDI/API integrations, and transport-related data structures.

• Own functional configuration and day-to-day management of the CarLo TMS.
• Manage configuration ownership, workflows, business rules, planning parameters, master data, and templates.
• Handle change requests and enhancements.
• Provide operational support alongside IT Service Owner, Service Desk, and IT Operations teams.
• Serve as primary contact for Soloplan.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the partner organization.
