Java Tech Lead

The role supports backend architecture development and technological advancement of a project in the public sector within energy. The role merges backend programming in Java, architecture development, and technical team support.

• Minimum 5 years of experience programming in Java 8+
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Java 17+
• Minimum 2 years as Tech Lead / technical leader of a backend Java team
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Apache Camel
• Experience with microservice architecture and working with relational databases / Hibernate
• Knowledge of GitLab, Maven
• Familiarity with design patterns and writing unit and integration tests
• Knowledge of platforms, APIs, and integration channels used by energy operators, especially Unicorn (ECP/EDX) systems

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of RDBMS Oracle
• Knowledge of Python
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems

• Support in defining technical tasks for the development team
• Identify, verify, and plan technology development needs for the project
• Implement technologies within project teams, including training and mentoring
• Develop system architecture in the backend layer
• Program functionalities and tests
