Senior Business Analyst

Get IT Together specializes in providing highly qualified IT Experts in project management, architecture, business and systems analysis, and software development. They recruit experienced professionals, including a Senior Business Analyst for a client in the energy sector.

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in the retail electricity market, particularly with distribution system operators and energy sellers
• Minimum 3 years of experience modeling processes and architecture using UML, Archimate, or BPMN notation
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and prototyping graphical user interfaces (GUI)
• Practical skills in defining and documenting business requirements
• Very good knowledge of the functioning principles of the retail electricity market
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups

• Conducting business analyses supporting system and process development
• Defining and documenting requirements for changes and new IT system functionalities
• Analyzing legal regulations and assessing their impact on business processes and system requirements
• Preparing substantive business documentation
• Verifying accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business documents
• Creating and improving templates for documents, reports, presentations, and training materials
• Designing business processes and developing instructions and procedures
• Conducting training for users and business stakeholders
• Supporting development, testing, and improvement of portals within IT systems
• Consulting and coordinating with internal clients and external partners
• Acting as owner of selected business areas
• Collaborating with IT solution suppliers and executors
• Close cooperation with project teams to effectively achieve business and technological objectives
