AxiomSL Specialist (Implementation Consultant / QA Tester)

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in career development in a B2B model. Projects come from industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The client is a leading international financial institution implementing a modern regulatory reporting platform based on AxiomSL RegCloud.

• Minimum 3–5 years commercial experience working with the AxiomSL ControllerView platform in roles such as Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or QA Tester/Engineer.
• Experience with implementation, configuration, or testing of regulatory reporting and compliance solutions in the banking or financial sector.
• Practical knowledge of AxiomSL ControllerView including data models, metadata, aggregation rules, data mapping, workflows, data lineage, and reporting.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and ability to write advanced queries for data validation and database verification.
• Practical experience with data management concepts: ETL processes, data reconciliation, and data quality control.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, ALM.
• Very good analytical skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems.
• Fluent English proficiency in spoken and written form.
• Residence and ability to work from the territory of Europe.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AxiomSL cloud environments such as RegCloud.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Finance, Quantitative Methods, or related fields, and industry certifications like ISTQB, CBAP.
• Experience in regulatory projects in capital markets or international banking.
• Knowledge of tools for test automation of data or ETL processes.
• Intermediate Spanish language skills.

• Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to analyze and translate business and regulatory requirements into configurations and rules in AxiomSL ControllerView.
• Design, implement, optimize, and validate regulatory reporting solutions.
• Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, aggregation rules, and data mapping from source to target systems.
• Create, execute, and document test scenarios and cases for reporting system implementations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and End-to-End (E2E) tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Verify and validate output files of regulatory reports including XML, XBRL, CSV formats, and exception management processes.
• Conduct data reconciliations, verify data lineage, and control data quality in the ControllerView environment.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects until resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions comply with quality standards, auditability, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate must reside and perform work from within Europe.
