Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years experience managing implementation projects, especially related to ERP systems and/or operational processes.
- Higher education preferred in project management, computer science, business process management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of working with ERP systems, ordering processes, goods allocation, and tools supporting retail and back-office areas.
- Practical experience in implementing new IT systems and leading technological transformations in large organizations.
- Very good command of English enabling fluent communication with business, partners, and international project teams both spoken and written.
- Resilience to time pressure, excellent self and team work organization, and independence in action.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Management Board, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in projects related to artificial intelligence (AI), process automation, or AI-based solution implementation.
Obowiązki
- Develop detailed project plans covering objectives, scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks.
- Set milestones and deadlines ensuring projects align with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and regularly report status to Management Board and key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues such as scope changes, delays, and priority conflicts.
- Control project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Coordinate implementation, development, and integration of ERP, POS, ordering systems, and other operational tools.
- Collaborate with IT, logistics, purchasing, controlling, and operations teams on transformation projects.
- Support business process optimization through system infrastructure development and process digitalization.
- Participate in projects related to new company launches, operational restructuring, and enterprise-class system implementations.
