Senior 3D Generalist Artist

• 5+ years experience in various games.
• Knowledge of standard 3D packages: 3Ds max, Maya, Blender.
• Proficient skills in illumination and RT rendering.
• Technical knowledge of engines like Unity and Unreal.
• Capability to achieve visual goals and styles without fully defined blueprints.
• Good understanding of expected styles and visuals for tasks/projects.
• Ability to manage art creation pipelines, asset exporting, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, time management, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Passion for video games.
• Capability to lead or assist team members.
• Ability to interact with customers and assist colleagues with 3D tasks.

Desirable pluses:

• 2D background or technical background.
• Experience with Unreal or Unity assets integration or illumination.
• Non-RT rendering skills.
• 3D animation/rigging skills.

• Generate high quality models (both hard surface and organic) and textures from concepts and photos.
• Interpret and enhance concept designs, bringing new ideas.
• Achieve high quality visual goals independently.
• Collaborate closely with designers to meet gameplay and art direction needs.
• Work with technical art to develop or improve techniques to enhance visual quality.
• Assist art director and lead artist in solving complex artistic and technical issues.
• Provide artistic and technical guidance to internal artists.
• Mentor junior environment artists by creating artistically and technically sound work in engine.
