System Analyst

Scalo is a company delivering software projects and supporting partners in business development. Their activities cover technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 3 years as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
• At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform projects
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience conducting business and analytical workshops
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Dataverse, Power BI
• Practical experience with BPMN or UML for process modeling
• Ability to create process diagrams, data flows, and solution architecture
• Experience preparing use cases, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and data models
• Experience with integration design using REST API, Web Services, JSON, and XML
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365

• Practical experience with Copilot Studio

• Analyze, design, and support Microsoft Power Platform solution implementations
• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Conduct analytical workshops with business stakeholders
• Model business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Prepare functional and technical specifications
• Develop User Stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog
• Analyze integrations with internal and external systems
• Design data models and information structures for Power Platform solutions
• Support development teams during implementation and testing
• Develop test scenarios and participate in SIT/UAT testing
• Contribute to project and post-implementation documentation
• Collaborate with Architects, security teams, and integration teams

Work location: Hybrid with presence in Warsaw office approximately 10 times per month.
