Project Manager

Scalo delivers software projects and supports its partners in developing their business, offering services in technology consulting, software creation, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the banking sector or regulated institutions
• Experience in regulatory projects, complaints, payments, risk, compliance, or consumer protection
• Practical knowledge of banking processes
• Experience conducting process analyses and assessing regulatory change impacts
• Experience creating implementation plans and project delivery models
• Experience managing multiple workstreams involving business, operational, IT, risk, compliance, and legal areas
• Experience coordinating changes in IT systems and operational processes
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, schedules, and key project deadlines
• Experience reporting project status, risks, progress, and key decisions to management
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent
• Highly developed organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions, identify problems, and suggest solutions

• Leading regulatory, remediation, and transformation projects in the financial sector
• Managing the analytical and planning phases of projects
• Preparing recommendations for project execution and implementation models
• Developing comprehensive project implementation plans
• Coordinating the implementation of changes in banking systems and operational processes
• Managing multiple workstreams across business, operational, IT, risk, compliance, and legal areas
• Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and dependencies
• Monitoring task execution, schedules, and regulatory deadlines
• Coordinating activities among multiple stakeholders ensuring effective collaboration
• Reporting project status, progress, risks, and key issues to management
• Working in a hybrid model with mandatory office presence in Warsaw one day per week
