Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years consulting or project/coordination experience in manufacturing sectors such as automotive, CPG, pharma, or hi-tech
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including planning, shop floor, quality, maintenance, or supply chain
- Technical fluency and credible knowledge in at least one technology stack:
- ERP: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, modules PP/MM/QM/PM/EWM, or Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics
- MES: Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, AVEVA, SAP DMC
- IoT / Cloud platforms: Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT
- IT-OT integration: SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, edge computing
- English language proficiency at C1 level
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as Azure, AWS, PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean
- Additional languages: German, French, or Spanish
- Experience in application blueprint design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing
Obowiązki
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on Industry 4.0 implementations across ERP (SAP S/4HANA, modules PP/MM/QM/PM/EWM), MES, IoT, and IT/OT integration
- Design End-to-End Manufacturing architectures integrating SAP, MES, SCADA, and devices with protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT
- Run workshops with operations and IT leaders and design solution blueprints
- Manage deployment of solutions
- Work collaboratively within international teams
- Co-create Industry X offerings for the European market
Sample projects:
- AI-powered scheduling, predictive maintenance and autonomous quality control delivering significant cost savings and productivity gains
- SAP S/4HANA migration and integration with Siemens Opcenter MES for automotive manufacturing
- Digital twin creation and integration with SAP DMC for pharma manufacturing
- Developing IT/OT roadmap and ERP-MES-IoT integration blueprints for consumer packaged goods companies
