• Student of 4th–5th year or graduate within the last 12 months in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Availability for approximately 35 hours per week.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and videoconferencing systems.
• Ability to support users in IT hardware operation and configuration.
• Basic knowledge in computer networks.
• Technical and manual skills for device installation and configuration.
• Interest in developing modern communication and digital collaboration tools.
• Analytical thinking and willingness to solve technical problems.
• Commitment to assigned tasks and projects.
• Knowledge of English language.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the videoconferencing environment and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support installation, configuration, and testing of videoconferencing sets.
• Assist in administration of Microsoft 365 services and testing new features.
• Prepare instructional materials for users.
• Conduct inventory and update technical documentation.
• Support users and operation of videoconferencing systems and Microsoft 365 services.

The intern position is a paid internship in the Department of Telecommunications / Digital Communication Office located in Poznań. Candidates must be students or recent graduates in specified fields and are informed about personal data processing terms according to GDPR.
