Planning & Quality Governance Lead

At Sybilla Technologies, the mission is to provide clear and reliable visibility of space activities. The role supports planning and governance in a technology company with astrophysicists, engineers, analysts, and strategists.

Experience & Background:

• 5+ years in project, program, portfolio, or PMO environments including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing company-wide or multi-project planning cycles and resource reviews.
• Experience building, leading, or developing PMO, governance, quality or business operations functions.
• Experience defining governance frameworks, decision-making processes, standards, and procedures.
• Experience leading and developing small teams.
• Experience with PMO and work-management tools such as ClickUp.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, MoP or equivalent portfolio/program planning certification.

• Own and coordinate the company-wide planning cycle.
• Define planning calendar, scope, and objectives for recurring sessions.
• Coordinate planning for strategic, complex, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate key planning sessions with relevant stakeholders.
• Consolidate and validate planning inputs across projects, programs, and departments.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of workload, capacity, resource demand, and priorities.
• Facilitate resolution of resource and priority conflicts involving leadership.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Planning & Quality Governance team.
• Build cooperation across specialist areas within the function and PMO organization.
• Establish operating interfaces between planning, program/project delivery, and departments.
• Continuously improve planning practices and standards.
• Ensure planning and governance outputs are consistent, timely, actionable, and adopted.
• Oversee quality governance framework and translate audit findings into improvements.
