Digital Change Project Manager (BE/CZ/PL)

La Lorraine Polska sp.z o.o. operates in the Frozen Bakery industry with approximately 1 billion EUR revenue, focusing on digital initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality across multiple European sites.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or FMCG, with shopfloor exposure.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership in multi-site or international settings with governance discipline.
• Strong business analysis skills, able to convert vague complaints into clear, testable functional requirements.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP production modules and reporting platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) is a strong asset.
• Ability to influence without authority, connecting with operators and plant managers.
• Fluent in English and local language; willing to travel 15-20% to European sites.

• Engage with local sites to understand and clarify business needs and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence to prioritize requirements aligning digital roadmap with improvement agenda.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and coordinate with IT & Data teams on technical solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of functional scope, planning, stakeholders, risks, budget, validation, and handover.
• Coordinate improvements across process, master data, workflows, and roles, designing solutions for scalable rollouts.
• Define baseline and track benefits post go-live in waste, quality, and efficiency; manage lessons learned.
• Act as digital ambassador by training, coaching, building key user networks, supporting local key users, and spending time on the shopfloor.
• Manage stakeholders across Operations, IT, Data, Quality, Planning, and site leadership; maintain project governance including communication, reporting, and risk escalation.
• Represent business side in the Operations Digital Strategy team and report to Manufacturing Applications Manager.
