• Higher education (preferably in computer science or related fields)
• Experience in IT projects, implementations, or process optimization
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts
• Familiarity with SQL environment
• Experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft cloud solutions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good work organization and independence
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of process automation and data analysis tools
• Experience with ENOVA 365 system
• Familiarity with Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 environments

• Participate in implementation projects of IT systems
• Collaborate with IT team on implementations and process optimization
• Analyze existing solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Optimize business processes using IT tools
• Implement and develop artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions
• Automate processes and support users with new solutions
• Test and document implemented changes
• Monitor system operations and propose improvements
