Technical Lead - Power BI | Data / BI

• Very good knowledge of Power BI, Power BI Service, semantic models, and DAX
• Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience with dbt
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling, KPI, and reusable data models
• Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, APIs, and Python or PowerShell
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric components, including Power BI, semantic models, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Direct Lake, and pipelines
• Knowledge of Airflow or similar tools and Liquibase or similar solutions
• Experience with AI-assisted development and familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Fluent English suitable for international work environments
• Independence, ownership, proactivity, and ability to support fellow developers

Nice to have:

• Automation of deployments using Power BI / Fabric APIs and automated data or model testing
• Experience in media, telecommunications, OTT, or subscription product industries
• Experience with large BI environments and analytical platform modernization

• Design and develop semantic models, reports, and Power BI solutions
• Build data models using dbt / Snowflake and implement business logic in appropriate layers
• Design end-to-end solutions, optimize models, queries, and reports
• Support developers through code/model reviews, mentoring, and developing technical standards
• Automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring using APIs, scripts, CI/CD, and AI
• Collaborate with central Data / BI teams on solutions for multiple markets
