Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of experience in user experience (UX) design
- Experience leading UX projects independently from discovery to implementation
- Experience working with business, analytical, and development teams
- Experience conducting UX workshops and working with stakeholders
- Experience with large digital products developed by multi-person design teams
- Practical knowledge of Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience designing products handling complex business processes and a large number of users
- Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and WCAG standards
Obowiązki
- Lead UX design process from discovery phase to solution implementation
- Identify user needs through qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Design user experiences for digital processes and products
- Prepare mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct workshops and design sessions with stakeholders
- Collaborate with business, analytical, and development teams
- Justify design solutions based on data, research, user needs, and business goals
- Cooperate with other UX designers on large digital products
- Support implementation of designed solutions and oversee their compliance with UX assumptions
