Principal/ Director, Data Analytics Consulting for Financial Services

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and technology consulting with leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data and AI transformation programs and advise C-level stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied Mathematics or related field preferred
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services including data models and business KPIs
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as Basel 3.1, BCBS239, AML/AFC, DORA, EU AI Act
• Expertise in modern data platforms with AWS, Azure, or GCP implementation experience
• Familiarity with Databricks and other enterprise data platforms
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, governance, lineage, observability, real-time processing
• Ability to translate business challenges into data and AI solutions and advise on strategy and risks
• Experience with AI capabilities including Machine Learning, RAG, Agentic Systems, multimodal AI
• Understanding AI governance including human oversight, auditability, and deployment in regulated environments
• Experience leading discovery phases, governance frameworks, and delivering complex enterprise data programs
• Ability to establish target operating models, align stakeholders, and oversee transformation delivery
• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, search technologies, distributed systems
• Advanced English proficiency (C1); German language skills are a strong plus

• Partner with client executives on key Data & AI initiatives, from data strategy to AI transformation and production adoption
• Contribute to the development and evolution of Financial Services Data & Analytics offerings
• Own RFP/RFQ/RFI responses including strategy and storytelling
• Manage the Financial Services project portfolio and provide delivery oversight
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on value delivery
• Lead initial phases of strategic engagements including vision, team formation, and governance
• Consult delivery teams on regulatory and compliance requirements in financial sector context
• Coach and mentor next-generation consultants in Financial Services Data & Analytics
