Intern Operations Specialist

• Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level) and good communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Power Apps
• Bachelor/Master from Finances, Economic, Computer Science or similar and familiarity with finances (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets)
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to develop in areas of Business Analysis or Software Engineering in the future

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Any portfolio, GitHub repository, university project, or personal application that shows your interest in software development

• Supporting the resource management team in daily tasks
• Participating in leadership meetings
• Collaborating with different stakeholders across practice
