Network Consultant

This is a full-time Network Consultant position in the FMCG industry, based in the Tri-city area with hybrid work mode (approximately 50% onsite).

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred).
• Certified Cisco CCNP Enterprise / Security (required).
• Experience in enterprise wireless design and deployment (WLCs, APs, RF planning, wireless security).
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in physical, virtual and hybrid network environments.
• Expertise in Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center).
• Ability to collect and interpret logs and network data to proactively resolve issues.
• Ability to read and validate local network documentation and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Solid business process understanding to engage with business owners.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of SolarWinds Orion NMS.
• Experience with Panorama centralized management.
• Certified Palo Alto Networks PCNSE or equivalent.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Lean methodologies.

• Travel to sites to assess and understand network infrastructure.
• Conduct quality reviews of network implementations.
• Create solution design and technical documentation.
• Implement solutions and conduct testing with users.
• Resolve ongoing network issues proactively.
• Participate in agile team ceremonies.
• Update user stories for feature prioritization.
• Engage in collaboration meetings with stakeholders.

Start time is as soon as possible. Position is full-time with an expectation to be onsite approximately 50% of the time in the Tri-city area.
