AI Enablement Lead

Nationale-Nederlanden Poland operates in the insurance and financially regulated industry, focusing on AI strategy and enablement within the organization.

• 5-8 years of experience in data, AI, technology, or digital transformation with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional AI or Data & AI initiatives, aligning business, technology, and governance stakeholders.
• Understanding of practical AI/ML, generative AI, agentic AI, including architecture, cloud and data platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, and production challenges.
• Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities balancing innovation, responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting innovation, experimentation, and PoC/PoV delivery programs.
• Fluent in Polish and advanced English (C1) with confident communication skills at expert and leadership levels.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financially regulated, insurance, or similar complex environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, or comparable AI platforms and tools.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in AI, computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, technology management, or related field.

• Co-create and operationalise NN Poland's Data & AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business priorities and group standards.
• Lead the AI Enablement Team by setting delivery priorities, allocating resources, and developing AI engineering, architecture, and solution delivery capabilities.
• Manage the AI CoE budget and recommend investments in people, platforms, tools, vendors, and initiatives.
• Define and approve reusable AI/ML architecture patterns, delivery standards, and governance requirements.
• Lead evaluation of AI opportunities, assessing value, feasibility, cost, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Drive AI incubation, experimentation, and adoption, supporting proof of concept and validation deliveries.
• Collaborate with NN Group and international Data & AI communities.

The role requires fluency in Polish and advanced English (C1).
