Senior IT Project Manager

Blurify is involved in building custom iGaming platforms and AI-first platform frameworks. The company delivers solutions for clients seeking beyond white-label platforms, focusing on features like community, multiplayer, engaging events, and personalization. It serves B2B clients with platform development and implementations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end software projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving various teams and areas.
• Very good knowledge of SDLC and practical experience with Agile, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to enforce project standards, checkpoints, and best practices.
• Documented experience managing project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence, especially for reporting, velocity monitoring, and documentation.
• Proficient use of AI and automation to improve daily project management tasks.
• Experienced in managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, including client decision-makers.
• Experience leading difficult conversations, negotiations, and escalations with clients.
• Strong sense of ownership from project initiation to business success.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and proposing improvements.
• Analytical decision-making using KPIs, financial data, and project metrics.
• Proven experience implementing process improvements beyond single projects.
• Experience mentoring, onboarding, or supporting other Project Managers.
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish (minimum C1).
• Ability to share knowledge and promote good practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, minimum 3 days per week at the office in Wrocław.

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex software projects from discovery through development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Take responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and profitability.
• Coordinate projects involving multiple teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
• Build collaborative client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations at various decision-making levels.
• Conduct difficult conversations and negotiations with clients, including scope and priority management.
• Identify risks and issues early and manage mitigation actions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with software development standards and enforce checkpoints and best practices.
• Facilitate team collaboration, remove blockers, and foster effective and self-organizing teams.
• Manage project finances, monitor results, analyze data, and ensure business viability.
• Analyze KPIs and project data to support decision-making and anticipate potential issues.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase project and organizational efficiency.
• Detect system-level problems and initiate solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Transfer knowledge, develop PMO standards, and promote project management best practices.
• Mentor and support other Project Managers in decision-making and managing complex project situations.
• Support PMO in enhancing project management quality and development.

Role requires working in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Wrocław.
