Project Manager

ALM Services Technology Group develops end-to-end Web and Mobile Solutions, working closely with customers usually in long term relations. Founded in 2009 in Poland with a branch in Budapest opened in 2022, the company focuses on innovative projects and strengthening new competences. Since 2020, it cooperates with a multinational med-tech and analytics company to support various growth stages and application development.

• 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex software, data, platform, or technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience applying data-driven approaches to delivery management and operational improvement.
• Demonstrated passion for transforming delivery organizations through AI-enabled ways of working, automation, and continuous innovation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery initiatives involving technical and non-technical teams.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives within the C360 program.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and remove execution blockers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Support resource planning, prioritization, and delivery health reviews.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Champion modern project delivery practices and continuously improve ways of working.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to increase delivery effectiveness, predictability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve delivery visibility, operational performance, and decision-making.
