Wymagania
- 10+ years of Software Testing, including 5+ years in QA Leadership
- Strong ETL/Data Testing and SQL skills
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark/PySpark
- Knowledge of Python/pytest, REST API, and CI/CD
- Experience in Agile environments and leading distributed teams
- Experience with financial/regulatory data and AI/LLM testing is a plus
Obowiązki
- Define and manage test strategies, plans, and release governance
- Lead ETL/ELT, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Performance Testing
- Ensure data validation, reconciliation, quality, and source-to-target mapping
- Manage QA resources, defect resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Drive test automation and quality improvements
