Wymagania
- 5+ years in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
- Expert in SQL with experience working with large complex datasets on modern cloud data platforms; experience with Databricks is a strong advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing best practices, dimensional data modeling (star schema), and ETL/ELT processes.
- Practical experience with LLM-based AI tools (e.g., Claude) and principles of building and evaluating conversational AI.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Solid knowledge of data governance and familiarity with data cataloging tools (e.g., Atlan).
- Ability to independently drive complex projects including roadmaps and PoCs.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Obowiązki
- Responsible for the entire analytical lifecycle from defining business requirements to driving organizational adoption.
- Build and refine mechanisms to measure AI response quality, including defining metrics and curating Q&A datasets.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and implement dimensional data models (star schema), propose data quality checks, and support AI deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and present AI capabilities internally.
- Lead and validate Proof-of-Concept projects for new AI use cases.
- Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to the AI stack, including LLMs and BI connectors.
