Senior Production Support Specialist (Linux/ SQL / Scripting and automation)

• 8+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Software Engineering.
• Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Scripting and automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Practical Kubernetes support and maintenance experience.
• Experience supporting Java/J2EE applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MQ, and WebSphere.
• Experience with Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and IT infrastructure.
• Experience leading incidents and coordinating technical teams.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Proven experience delivering automation and operational improvements.
• Practical use of AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

• Lead production incident investigation and service recovery.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using Linux, logs, and SQL.
• Coordinate technical teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement permanent improvements.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Improve monitoring, documentation, runbooks, and operational processes.
• Support releases, patching, platform maintenance, and Disaster Recovery exercises.
