Software Engineer – FullStack, Mobile & Data

Incubly is building an R&D project involving Android and web applications, backend services, data processing, ML, and AWS infrastructure.

• Strong commercial software development experience in at least one of TypeScript, Python, or Kotlin.
• Practical experience in a second programming language or technical domain.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals including software design, automated testing, debugging, and maintainable code.
• Working understanding of APIs, SQL, data modeling, and asynchronous processing.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and existing infrastructure safely.
• Practical experience with cloud-based applications, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of AWS and Terraform (advantage).
• Willingness to work hands-on across mobile, frontend, backend, data processing, and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Develop and maintain application functionality across Android, web, and backend components using Kotlin, TypeScript, and Python.
• Build and extend data ingestion and transformation workflows including SQL-based processing and data quality checks.
• Contribute to analytical outputs and dashboards.
• Implement integrations between applications, APIs, and data sources, working with serialization formats and schemas.
• Troubleshoot issues across system boundaries.
• Extend existing AWS infrastructure and delivery workflows including serverless components, Terraform configuration, Docker-based workloads, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
• Maintain unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and improve security, reliability, observability, and performance.
• Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and take ownership of changes through implementation, validation, and deployment.
