Senior / Expert Business Analyst

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management and at least 3 years in transformational projects involving business and IT collaboration
• Experience in business process modeling and defining business and system requirements, with strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, or related modeling notations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum, managing backlog, creating User Stories, and supporting project prioritization
• Experience conducting analytical workshops, reconciling requirements with stakeholders, and collaborating with business, IT teams, and suppliers
• Knowledge of IT system change lifecycle, ability to analyze business, process, and system dependencies, and experience in business testing and IT solution acceptance
• Familiarity with claims handling processes or the insurance sector and knowledge of AI and business process automation topics
• Experience in analyzing integration solutions

Nice to have:

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or equivalent certification
• Experience in projects related to AI or process automation

• Analyze and model business processes related to claims handling, identifying areas for optimization and automation
• Define business requirements and document solutions supporting projects and business initiatives
• Develop concepts for IT system changes and recommend optimal business and process solutions
• Manage requirements backlog, create User Stories, and support prioritization of work
• Analyze the impact of business changes on processes, systems, architecture, and integrations
• Coordinate analytical work between business, IT teams, and external suppliers
• Support implementations by preparing documentation, participating in tests, and business acceptances
• Identify opportunities to use AI, Machine Learning, and automation in claims processes
• Design solutions following Agentic SDLC approach and monitor effectiveness of implemented changes
