• Experience in developing backend applications in Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Python and openness to use it in projects
• Experience with any public cloud and willingness to develop skills towards Azure
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
• Understanding of good software development and testing practices
• Preparedness for hybrid work in Kraków

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial projects or regulated environments
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting software development processes (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Practical knowledge of GenAI, LLM, RAG, or AI agents
