AI Tech Lead / AI Solution Architect

Ness Solution is offering a role focused on developing modern AI and GenAI solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure and its AI services.

• Minimum 10 years as Developer, Architect or Tech Lead in IT system design and implementation.
• At least 5 years designing and deploying AI solutions with cloud technologies.
• Practical experience with AI/ML platforms and services, especially Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or Azure Machine Learning.
• Very good knowledge of Python and tools used in AI solution development.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Very good knowledge of modern integration patterns, including REST API, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous communication.
• Experience with public cloud solution design and deployment.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and approaches related to FinOps / LLMOps.
• Experience conducting code reviews, technical mentoring, and architectural workshops.
• Ability to create and develop technological roadmaps, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Ready to work 3 days per week from office in Warsaw.

• Project designing AI/GenAI architectures and their integration with business systems.
• Designing integration between AI platform and client systems.
• Preparing architectural concepts, feasibility analyses, and technical assumptions for new AI initiatives.
• Defining technological and integration standards for AI solutions.
• Conducting technical solution evaluations and leading code reviews.
• Coordinating technical work of the development team and providing support in problem-solving.
• Actively participating in development by designing and implementing AI solution components.
• Designing solutions ensuring scalability, security, high availability, and observability of AI services.
• Supporting deployment, production, and stabilization processes.
• Estimating effort for architectural and development work.
• Co-creating technological roadmaps, identifying risks, and recommending development directions.
• Conducting architectural workshops and providing technical mentoring.
• Considering requirements related to AI Governance, Responsible AI, auditability, and AI regulations.

Candidate must be willing to work from the office in Warsaw 3 days per week.
