Wymagania
- Proven experience in purchasing, development, and maintenance of business relations with external partners.
- Passion for leading business agendas, working with people, and making things happen.
- Economic and financial knowledge with ability to work and understand numbers.
- Very good knowledge of production process and related cost drivers is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills, leadership, and decisiveness.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written; knowledge of Polish is an additional asset.
- Ability to build good relations and communicate effectively, including giving and receiving feedback.
- Openness to change and ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing environment.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach in daily work.
- Willingness to seek new solutions and challenge existing status quo.
- Ability to handle business with big picture perspective and translate it into concrete actions.
- Personal interest in home furnishing products.
- Active driving license category B.
Obowiązki
- Be a member of a 3-function micro-team focusing on particular suppliers.
- Drive business agenda with suppliers ensuring seamless supply performance.
- Collaborate with a Production Engineer on production process, quality, and compliance.
- Work with a Supply Planner handling logistics, capacity, and production planning.
- Develop annual action plans with the team and suppliers based on strategic and tactical goals.
- Drive innovations, secure growth, and contribute to category business agenda.
